First rate purchase experience. We just bought a new Accord EX-L from Art Ocana. Started off via the Internet (Art is Earnhardt Honda's Fleet and Internet Manager) then progressed to a face-to-face meeting and test drive. Art is very professional, not the pushy type. The Polished Metal color Accord we wanted just happened to have been delivered to the dealership the afternoon of our test drive. Art showed us that exact car (with all of its protective coverings still in-place) before we concluded the business deal that same afternoon. The price was below MSRP and better than any price we had seen on the Internet. The base price we paid was also about $1000 below the Costco Auto Program price another dealer had quoted us for an identically equipped Accord. We added window tint, door guards, and mud flaps to the vehicle. Those were installed, the pre-delivery checklist was completed, the car was detailed and we picked up the Accord at our desired time two days later (it could have been ready earlier if we had wanted).

We are not titling the Accord in Arizona, which somewhat complicated the paperwork. There were a couple minor issues that cropped up as a result, but Art made sure they were corrected the moment we noticed them. Could not ask for more than that.
