I admit - yoga is not my thing. Friends of mine have been asking me for eons to go to yoga classes with them, so I finally gave in and signed up for a week of free classes at Sculpt Fusion. They told me that this wasn't your typical yoga studio. They offer traditional classes, but they also combine it with scuplting. I started off with a tradional class first that I enjoyed, then got brave and took their scupt yoga. OMG! It kicked my butt and left me sore for days afterwards. It wasn't your mother's yoga class, I can tell you that. It was more of a whole body workout that practically makes you cry. I enjoyed my free week there and being able to experience their studio.
