Very poor management. The Community Director is rarely available and has a new assistant every 2-3 months. More like a used car salesman. He'll tell you whatever you want to hear and then tell you he never said it. \r

The only two things about this complex that were nice were the pool (when it was open) and the maintanance staff (who were nice every time they came).

Ask for Patrick, he's the best! I visited the apartment complex four times before committing to moving into Augusta Commons. Each time he was patient and answered all of my questions! Augusta Commons offers budget-friendly prices while still maintaining quality service and amenities.
