They were referred to us by our neighbor who had used them for years. We are somewhat new to Corpus Christi. They came and did a super job cleaning up a mess left by another carpet cleaner and doing an odor treatment to deal with the odor. They were on time, very pro, very nice and paid close attention to detail, The owner even came by to make sure all went well. It's been a long, long time since I've been surprised in a positive way by a business. It's usually surprisingly bad service with every business we have dealt with in Corpus Christi. They charged me 450.00 for carpet cleaning, odor treatment and some pad work. The other chain charged me 350.00 just for cleaning and nearly ruined our carpet. Quality Carpet Care was a blessing! Great job! We are recommending them to everyone we know.
