The Mills Efficient Home team is outstanding. They got out to my home quickly and did a great job getting the work done. I felt the difference in my home's temperature the next day.

Mary Kay Ash said, "It's easy to sell something you believe in". Naturally she was talking about cosmetics, however, this statement applies to your product and service as well. I noticed positive results immediately after your company provide the service on my home. I know the improvements will result in a continued savings for me. I started sharing information about your company before I actually had the service done. I'm so glad I did! I knew the improvements would be helpful, but I had no idea how much. It was a pleasure telling my neighbors, family, and friends about your product. Everyone who has used your service has commented on the professionalism of your staff, the improvements that they experienced, and appreciative for me telling them about your company. It must be rewarding for you to know that your company is making a difference in the lives of others, and impacting our planet by saving energy. BRAVO!! Overall a great experience. Insulation installers were pleasant and efficient and phone representatives were nice to speak with. Company also performed a full energy efficientcy test of doors, windows, etc and added weather striping/ caulking as needed. My only issue was that the website and phone rep state they install blown in "Certainteed Insulsaf SP" insulation in the attic. However, upon completion I was provided a receipt for "Guardian AtticGuard" insulation, which is not affiliated with Certainteed. It appears to be a good product so I am not overly concerned. But it explains why their price was so much lower than all the others I called.

The two gentlemen that came out to give me an estimate for insulation were very nice and informative. They work with me to lower the price with some discounts. The next day they called with an even lower price at which the electric company was offering. I could not refuse the offer. They came out the next day. I was very satified with this company. The contractor came out and inspected the work that was done. I highly recommend this company.
