Dr. Wali is beyond fantastic.
I've gotten two minor procedures from two different surgeons in Beverly Hills, and was not very satisfied with their work and extremely dissatisfied with their demeanor and customer service. They were both cocky, sometimes rude, and seemed annoyed when I asked questions to help me fully understand the procedure.
I recently decided to get breast implants and a rhinoplasty (nose job). My friends convinced me not to go the standard Beverly Hills route given that their experiences greatly matched up to mine (not that great work, bad comfort level and customer service). Fortunately, one of my friends referred me to Dr. Dev Wali, based in Pomona, CA.
While it's about a 45 minute drive from my home in Beverly Hills, and while his prices are by no means a bargain, I must say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Dr. Wali was unbelievably kind and considerate. He answered all of the questions I had in a patient manner, and clearly went out of his way to make me feel 100% comfortable with the surgeries I was about to have.
So obviously he trumped my other doctors in the customer service department, but what about the actual procedures? None of that matters if the doctor can't get the job done, right?
Well fortunately, now that I have fully recovered from the surgeries I can confidently say I feel better, younger, and sexier than I have ever felt in my entire life. People at work tell me I'm beaming and look amazing. Men seem to be loving the new look, and I can't say I'm complaining about that. My clothes fit better, my confidence has skyrocketed, and I'm really feeling great.
All in all, it was a great experience, thanks Dr. Wali!

My wife love the services here, it is more pricey than the average but with skin care i believe you get what you pay for. Having said that, i dont recommend the doctor for anything other than cosmetic procedures.. i can get an appt anytime for any laser treatment or peels but to see him for a medical condition (i e unusual moles, rash) it is nearly impossible to get an appointment. But I love how my skin looks and their skills are far superior in skin care than any other.
