This was, without question, the MOST SEAMLESS MOVE I`VE EVER MADE. The crew showed up promptly at the pre-determined time and immediately went to work. The crew was especially careful with fine china, crystal items and several pieces of artwork. Not one scratch! They also offered to unpack, place and set up everything in my new condo.

I`ve moved three (3) times in the last year with my job and I only wish I`d found this company a year ago when I moved the first time.

The guys moved things out very quickly - one place was moved out in 2 hours and the other 1.5 hours and into the new place even faster. These guys do an amazing job! The thought of spending the entire day moving ourselves was not something we wanted to entertain. Smooth Move USA proved to us the money was worth it!

They love to wrap and blanket everything, which adds to the time a bit- but it does ensure everything arrives unscratched or broken. We had several awkward pieces, including a large fridge and antique sofa and the did a great job of negotiating all stairwells, doorways and turns without damaging the walls for furniture. They take great care and work very hard. This is my 4th time using them for a move and I would definitely use them again.

They arrived on time, were professional, had great attitudes, and completed my move in a very timely manner. I was very impressed.
