good when looking to buy the car and accomodating, but once car was paid for the level of disorganisation,communication problems and blaming of different departments became apparent. Salesperson did not process my order and car took over a week to get ready due to missing parts from inventory, and lost parts from suppliers. Turned out that the orders for additional parts were not actually put into the system until very last minute. Very dissapointed at what is plain diorganization and lazy attitude to completing a job. Very annoying that when you point out the flaws in the system the only answer is " I completely agree" . So beware future Scion buyers - they dont feel the need to improve their customer service at all....

I bought my Scion XB from here and it was a great experience. I never felt pressured to get any extras. Scion is nice because there is no haggling, they have what they call their pure price and its the same dealerwide.
