Ben, from Seattle Tile Pros just finished a custom project for my bathroom counter top I had him add. I wanted an oval shape cut and fitted under an existing vessel sink. The results can only be described as a hand-cut work of art. It is breathtaking. What I like is someone who shows up on time, is eager to do the work, does not damage or break anything, cleans up as if he was never there, does what he say he is going to do, finishes on time, offers to fix small extras he discovers in the project, while being sweet and pleasant the whole time, bringing the whole thing in on budget as promised, and having all the bonding and licensing a professional should have. We discussed it 3 days ago, and now it is done. I wish I could invite the whole neighborhood over to stand in my bathroom and stare at it. A splendid experience. I am so lucky I found him. If you ask him who I am, he can give you my number as a reference. You can't go wrong.

Seattle Tile Pro did an amazing job replacing our soaking tub and tile surround. Prior to the project I collected a few bids: one for the entire job from Home Depot, another for tub replacement only from the plumber and then finally from Seattle Tile Pro. Tile Pro came in about 1/3 the cost of Home Depot and ended up doing the entire project for what the plumber would have charged for replacing the tub only. Ben, the owner did the entire project himself. He was able to fit us into his schedule within a week of the bid. His communication was the best I??ve experienced with a contractor. He was extremely easy to reach on the phone and clearly communicated price, his schedule and what he needed from us. He finished the entire project in about 3 days and it looks amazing. He has a real passion for his work and I would highly recommend him.
