This place is the WORST eye place ever!!!! They are unprofessional, the staff isn't properly trained, the girl at the front desk pops gum while she's talking to you, the doctor stopped my exam to take a call, the manager ignored the back and forth that was going on between me and the girl at the front desk although she was within ear shot. She waited until the girl walked over to her to tell her what the issue was to tell her that she was wrong. Why didn't you just do that in the first place instead of ignoring the situation???? I will NEVER go back here.

AND i usually don't complain about people being rude to me. I usually take it in, turn the other cheek and walk away with no hard feelings. BUT this place has seriously gone far with their attitudes. I didn't even do ANYTHING to get an attitude as rude as theirs. You come in and expect nice people who do their job and enjoy it. Apparently most of them hate it there. I do like this one lady though..black lady, she has short hair, and a LARGE wedding ring :) she's nice. If anything, find HER. They do have good deals, being America's Best, but the staff just ruins your attitude. PLEASE go find her if you want a good day there :)

If you want glasses that come with poor attitude and undertrained staff this is the place for you. Not sure how they stay in business. I will not go back here.

I have never been so dissatisfied with service. First of all the great 2 for $99 ended up being $238. When they finally arrived wrong...I kept one pair while the other was sent back to be redone. Long story short after 6 weeks getting 1 pair back still wrong. So after 6 weeks no glasses. Store manager did not want to be bothered. WORST CUST. SVC EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

It is horrible, I waited for a week just to get the wrong glasses. Then we went to go order the right glasses and they still aren't here been waiting for about 3 weeks now.

I have been going to America's Best for over 10 years, and have always had the service contract so that I could go in any time I need to and not pay $50 or more per exam, like I would at other optical places. It *is* a great deal, and that is why I have renewed many times.

The price I pay for my toric lenses is still less than I ever paid when I was going to the overpriced Pearl Vision center more than 10 years ago. I have both contacts and eyeglasses from AB and have never had a problem with either in all these years. It has never taken more than a week to get my contacts or eyeglasses, which have always had to be ordered, even before I ever went to AB, because my prescription is far from standard. I have never gotten the "wrong" lenses, and the brands are the same brands you would buy at any optical place.

As for the service, I have to admit it isn't as professional as it once was - one gets the impression that if the girls behind the counter weren't working there, they might be surly waitresses or cashiers... but then again, they aren't the ones examining my eyes - the doctors are.

I had to go there three times. I had to go to another eye place to get the right prescription. Then it took a while to get my glasses fixed. Once the glasses where fixed I had to wait for terrible service. Did not check to make sure the glasses fit.

We were told several lame excuses for the delay. Then when the contacts arrived, they didn't fit well. Their own optometrist said that those contacts were the worst ones she had ever seen. So they had to be returned. Took ANOTHER TWO WEEKS to get those in. We got A LOT OF ATTITUDE during this whole time and to top it all off they didn't even have contact solution for us. Recently my girlfriend tried to get her prescription from there. She was told it would be ready, but all we got were excuses and A LOT OF ATTITUDE AGAIN. Turns out that a few people I know have been there and greatly regretted it as well. The absolute worst place I have ever seen!

The customer service is pleasant. My last visit I was called into the back rather quickly, in the back waiting room I had a 30 minute wait to see the doctor. I was then in and out in a matter of a few moments. They gave me ample time to look over the glases they had, but I decided to stick with contacts. To get the contacts at reasonable prices though you have to purcahse 12 boxes which can ad up to alot.
