Please know that I still am thrilled with the job you are doing! It relieves my mind to not have to worry about cleaning my house! Also -- I know it gets very warm in my apartment so feel free to use the air conditioners at any time!!!

I thought this place was pretty good. I liked how they accepted credit cards because i tend not to keep that much cash in my wallet. The price for the clean was pretty fair id say compared to what i usually pay. I scheduled it online while at work- convienant for me since im so busy. I left my key with the doorman, didnt have to be there when the cleaning person arrived. I came home and bam! i had a clean apartment. Id recommend them.

I can finally relax when having my apartment cleaned! Before MyClean, I was getting recommendations for cleaning ladies from friends but most of the time, I could never be 100% sure that they wouldn't steal something. MyClean insurers

Despite the convenience of online booking, dont be fooled, this place is just like most of the other maid services in manhattan, horrible.

I used it a few times. Had mediocre maids that missed really obvious things like cleaning the toilet bowel.

This however was nothing in comparison to the time they sent a replacement maid (not the one i booked). They never told me until I called to complain about her mid-cleaning (she didnt speak any english so we couldnt communicate at all and was using glass cleaner on my wooden floors among other numerous problems). It was so horrible i had her leave half way through.

The myclean manager told me the cleaning would be free as well as another one but yet they emailed me a few days later asking me to pay for the cleaning. Can you believe the nerve?

When i refused they told me they wouldnt accept my business in the future (i was desperate and was willing to risk using them and they turned me down). Horrible customer service!!
