I am a FORMER LOEWS CUSTOMER! I have been to Lowes many times needing help or more information. There are NEVER enough employees to help or give directions. When an employee is available it is most likely a high school student without a clue which direction to send me and they certainly don't have a clue as to give me information about the product. They are ALWAYS higher priced than Home Depot. I recently attempted, on two different occasions, to buy 2 storm doors. One of our doors had to be special ordered due to the size. After almost an hour in the store we gave up and left. This happened on a couple of occasions. My husband is on a strict time schedule. We did buy our storm doors, but not at Lowes.

I went here to buy most all of the lighting and plumbing for our new construction home. The people I dealt with were amazing and I will go there before HD EVERY TIME FROM NOW ON!!! THIS PLACE ROCKS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This Lowes location is very well kept up. The employees are always willing to help you find something and if they cant they will call someone who can. Everything is easy to find with the aisle signs they have posted. I enjoy shopping at this location
