Horrible. Don't do a service call. They are way over priced. Go to your local hardware store, bring the old lock, and purchase a new one. It will save you a lot of money.

Ron provided my business the very bad service I have ever received from a locksmith
company they were not able to meet my security needs at a very high price. I??m not going
to do any more business with him.

I can not find this locksmith listed in the Virginia State list of licensed locksmiths. I searched by name, city, street name and phone number; all with no results. This comment is provided so you can make your own conclusion. Always ask for the technician's DCJS photo ID and record the ID number that starts 99.

They are great, the technician showed up on time, showed me the locks he had and got to work and he even took out the lock on the bathroom free of cost because of the trouble we had with the appointment and what not.

I rencently moved from one side of town to the other in the move my safe lock key was mis placed and i needed to get in there pronto to get the deed to the house, so i called these fine genttlemen and they were able to get my lock open under 20

I wanted to say thanks again to David and Roger. They came to help us install the new safe in our house. They also gave us a free security inspection and repaired a lock that was jammed. We need more hard working people like them in Harlem :)

They took care of my locked safe, and they were very safe (hahahahah, me funny!).
My safe was stuck so i called this locksmith, he cracked the safe and was able to re install the dail so it would work better.

These men can really get the job done right, they were well trained and can tell they know what they are doing. I really liek this company, and if I ever know anyone that needs something they can do. Shure would recommend David and sons.

Time square is the best place to be but no when you lock yourself out. Its not the best place to be, but happy I had the best locksmiths in all of New Yorks number in my phone. They were happy to hear from me and sent thier best tech to let me in my car again

Open 365 I needed them to help my drunk self get into my house on new years. That night was so crazy, I was all over the city. So when I got home I had found out I forgot my keys somewhere, and everyone I knew was pasted out. I couldn't get them until the morning lucky I had my cellphone still. I called the locks men that my dad had just used. They came right out and let me in to end my night.

My garage door needed to be fixed. For some reason it wouldn't open all the way and the lock was starting to break. They got to me the same day and fixed it withing the hour it was nice.
