PDX Shuttle Portland | Airport Transportation

Driver never showed, he also did not even bother calling to tell me he was not going to pick me up. This is after I made a reservation 1 week in advance and confirmed the night before.

Great service. I highly recommend this company. Clean and efficient. Make my trip to PDX in Portland, Oregon really a pleasant experience. The airport itself is amazing.

PDX Shuttle Portland gave me a wonderful luxurious ride to the Portland airport in a brand new BMW X3. This business is fantastic and a great way of travelling throughout Oregon.

I called PDX Shuttle Portland on a Sunday to make a reservation for the following Monday. I was told on the phone that I needed to pay cash because the credit card machine was broken. When I asked how I would get a receipt I was told it would be emailed to me right after the trip.

The driver arrived on time and was courteous. The car was clean.
I reminded the driver of the receipt and he said I should have gotten it by email already.
On Monday evening I still hadn't received it.

I called again on Wednesday afternoon and was told they would send it right away. I never got that email and I did check my spam folder.

So I sent them an email, asking for the receipt. No reply.

On week later, on Monday, I called them again. They asked if I could send them a sms with my email address and they would send it right away. On Tuesday, I sent them another sms because I still hadn't heard from them. I got a text back that they would send it by 2pm. Today is Wednesday and I still haven't heard from them.

I can only expense my costs with my company if I have a receipt. Since I never got it from them, I have to pay this out of my own pocket.
I don't know what their problem is, maybe they just do not want to declare income or whatever. However, it is not professional and I will never use their services again.

Absolutely hopeless; wouldn't pick up late at night with 6 hrs notice. Why else would i be calling a service rather than collecting myself.?Avoid!

They are 100% reliable have used them in past many times going to and from airport. Always on time and their price is reasonable.

100% better than TAXI and yellow cabs, Nice driver and the service was just great. also easy to book and they had a reasonable price.

Nice shuttle, clean and luxurious. Good price also.. better than taxi. Portland is a very nice city and the hotels are cheap.

great transportation service, from portland to pdx. it was very clean, comfortable. the driver was on time and they called and confirmed the pick up.
