after four years and three re-applications,I was sent to a wind generator assembly plant with a terrible safety record,the hired in employees hated the temp people and did everything they could to get you you fired so they could ""own"" you and call you their boy , supposedly all grown up but still acting like a bunch of circus clowns on the elementary school playground..there was w three day training period which was absolutely worthless,then you were thrown into the hell pits and expected to work with a bunch of egotistic maniacs,

WELCOME TO THE GRAND ILLUSION,, I was ENLISTED to a wind turbine plant with a very poor safety record,, a very dangerous working environment due to Landrums profiling testing not recognizing ,manic destructive behavior of their own employees.Safety suggestions were requested by the plant managers being highly trained in safety procedure through-out many years of I,S.O I was willing to help,,,this was WRONG..I was stamped a whistle blower,complainer,a unwanted.. I was let go..I guess I should have remained anonymous and use the suggestion box with no opening in it by the area's supervisor office

three years three drug test..FINALLY a job in a assembly sweat shop...there two weeks had a situation with another landrum employee. who put a unapproved step in front of my chamber after the floor manager said NO MORE BOXES and left.. I followed the guidelines I went to my landrum supervisor..I was let go saying I was not fitting in.I,m not done with this yet!!!!! I,m not the bad guy here!!!!!!.

The market is tough and has always been. Its great that LS wants to come in a play hero, but they don't do anything. From my experinces, I have a PR degree, Lib Arts degree stuided business, and worked with Escarsoa Workforce for over a year and LS can't help me find work, what a crock. I have been with them for a long time, they have poor customer service, and they are also very fake. I would call in on the jobs that I knew were hiring and Landrum still, could not do their part.I call in everyday, but Landrum just ignores that and puts who they want. They are not the best in Pensacola, that's for sure. If they are going to false advertise, then they need to get their ideology right. I have a PR degree, I can always right about them in newspaper so if I can't get employed through PR I will use it a different way :)

Landrym did find a job for me. But after turning down a permanant position due to personal problems, Kim Hannon, coordinator put me down as no call no show. And has blackened my employment record, unemployable! I guess they take their commision for placement more than anything!

They didn't find me a job but they were able to give me very helpful information about the job market in Pensacola. I went to 4 or 5 staffing companies in Pensacola but Landrum was definitely the best. I'm actually leaving Pensacola because the job market is so awful here but if you don't have that option, I think Landrum is the best place to start.
