I was very impressed with his integrity and graceful gesture. If I need an electrical pro, I will certainly call him again. As for my problem, it turned out that thermostat was not the problem. John was very forthcoming and told me that it would be more cost-effective to hire a furnace/heater specialist. He did not charge me for his visit although he spent more than 30 minutes testing the thermostat.
