I'd love nothing more than to be able to give Via Services Elite a 5-star rating, but I'd really much rather know how Whirlpool decides to "certify" a service provider. They connected me with Via Services Elite in the DC area and it's been a total bust. No customer service. No communication. No responsibility. No follow-thru. It's been a very very sad state of consumer affairs. Whirlpool should be very concerned with Via Services' performance and so should you.

I give them 5 stars!! I have never been so satisfied with a services before. I will never call anyone else they were able to handle the problem in no time. I will be recommending you guys to family and friends thank you for a job well done.
5Absolutely loved Ashley who helped out with scheduling a appointment to tracking down a part. She called and followed up with me whenever she had a update and stayed on top of things and very informative. Donovan and AH both had came out to the house to work on the refrigerator and did a great job. Very happy with the service that was provided, would highly recommend Via Appliance.

5My technician was amazing. Friendly, on time, and went above and beyond! Cannot say the same for the company I bought my appliance though and their poor service.

5VIA came out to service my dishwasher and what a relief it was to have them show up and fix my dishwasher in one day without being out here before. I even received a follow up call from company asking how my service and unit is working. They really take care of their customers. This is a great place to do business if you have any problems with kitchen appliance. Highly recommended.

I wasn't able to be home while the repairs were done to my refrigerator that kept dripping water, but my neighbor had step over for when the repair man came to the house to fix the issue and from what I see everything looks good, theirs no more leaks.
5I was having a cooling issue with my refrigerator after AJ came out to fix my unit I waited 24 hours after repair like instructed and my refrigerator worked properly again and was cooled down. Great service!
5I had many questions on how my dishwasher was working and if it was working properly through out all the different cycles it has. VIA was able to help me out fast when Ricky came out to fix my dishwasher.
5The ice maker on my kitchen-aid refrigerator was not making any ice at all. VIA came out and replaced a part and now I have ice ! Quick service and was fixed in one day.
5We called Via though Jenn Air to service a broken burner on our cooktop. The first tech came and misdiagnosed the problem. A week later, a second tech came and diagnosed the problem correctly. He ordered a new part. A third tech came, agreed with the assessment of the second tech and tried to fix the cooktop.
He told me that the cooktop is too old and can't be taken apart to be serviced. This may or may not be true. After taking 3 days off of work only to learn that it can't be fixed was disconcerting but, hey, it's possible.
That tech left and when I went to clean up after him (None of the 3 techs cleaned up after their work.) I realized that he had broken the knob on the remaining working front burner.
So, in a nutshell, 3 visits and my cooktop is in worse shape than when I called Via. When I called to explain and try to get a refund, they refused to refund the service fee, which I thought was a fair ask, since it's now going to cost me more to fix. (Not to mention the time that was lost waiting for 3 different visits.)
If you want your broken appliance broken worse, call Via.

My dishwasher was making funny noises, and AJ came out and serviced it on Tuesday and now it is working properly. He did wonders! It was great service, he was very professional and on time.
5It took Chris 5 minutes to fix the light issue in my refrigerator, it was quick and great service. I will be recommending Via Appliance Repair to all my friends and family.

When we declined to repair the ice-maker, he charged us $120 to for the service call. We even have an insurance policy, but it would not cover Via as they are not a vendor they support. We lost $120.00 for nothing.
These people are thieves. Do not use them.

The staff at Via Appliance Repair was able to come in late notice to fix my gas burner since I needed it done right away. Thank you for going above and beyond, while other repair shops refuse to take me in on a late notice.
5I really appreciate the hard word the guys at Via Appliance Repair has done for me. They helped fix my custom made pizza oven in my house quick and easy. That is amazing work and seems to me like a cool art.
5I finally got my washing machine fixed because of Via Appliance. They were able to find the reason why it stopped working and that is truly awesome. I finally can wash my clothes instead of doing it at the laundry mat.

5Technician Shane explained everything to me, he told me everything that was not working he repaired my dryer which I am so thankful for. I am very busy and dont have time to be hanging up clothes.

5My range and my washer are now fixed after todays service . The person who came was awesome I only had to take one day off work and both of my appliances were fixed.

5I like that they called me to see how everything was working. I let them know that everything was working good the young man who came to the house was very professional and polite and he cleaned up after himself. I didnt have to do anything.

5I have to wait 24 hours before turning the freezer back on but the technicians did a great job! Mike and Dan knew exactly what was wrong with freezer. and they were able to fix it right on the spot.
