I really like that they call me to tell me what's wrong with my car before they begin work on it. There's nothing worse than showing up to pick up your car and finding out its way more than you expected. They are great workers and very honest people.

I've been to the Auto Stop a few times and I am very happy with the work they've done for my car. They got me right in and did the necessary repairs. I usually fix my cars myself, but few times i've brought my car to them, they've doen a phenomenal job. - Pat

I just recently took my car to the Auto Stop in Rochester NY for an oil change and inspection. There was no wait as the mechanics took me right in, I was able to understand everything they were doing on my inspection and I was able to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and have some great conversation with the shop. I definitely recommend The Auto Stop for all your car, truck, van or auto service and repair in Rochester, NY
