Can`t say enough the great service at Novus Glass in Phoenix. It was raining when I arrived and the technician waved me into the garage so I wouldn`t get wet. They said it would take an hour and a half. It took maybe an hour. They were able to reapply my vehicle inspection sticker and my mechanic`s oil change reminder sticker. They even vacuumed the inside of my car. I don`t even vacuum my car. They were very kind and courteous. Probably the easiest service I`ve EVER had done to my car in the 11 years I`ve owned her.

Novus Glass made the entire experience of replacing my windshield worry-free. The technician was friendly and even cleaned my windows!

A naughty boy broke my car`s front glass and I was terrified, because it`s a matter of time and money to the repair the damage. This all happened on Friday and I had to travel on Monday, so I called this company. They told me where their workshop is and that it`s possible to have my car fixed on time. Their worker changed the glass for a day and I was able to do my business on time. Thank you guys. I don`t know about Novus Glass`s other services, but in this case they were precise.

I just want to thank these guys. I have an old model car and it`s hard to find parts for it, so I call these guys and they were able to find my window within the same day.
