If I could give NO stars ? I would. Research your options. The owner is not truthful. Wish there were other reviews out there before I signed his contract. Was told I was signing a month-to-month agreement when in fact it was for 3 years! Now I know to read every word of a contract and DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU. ADT does not hold their representatives or contractors accountable. I've had a great experience with a different contractor at my previous home and THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.
