BUYER BEWARE!! If I could give them a "0", I would! I am very disappointed with this organization and will advise caution before doing business with them. I personally will NEVER use them again. I initially contacted Kiwi Services in Plano as I was looking for a company close by that had a good reputation and decided to go with them considering their reviews were impeccable. I contacted them via phone and discussed quality, timeframe and costs. I was informed it typically takes two weeks to clean the rug thoroughly which I was in agreement with. A representative came out to my house to pick up my Persian rug (8x11) on Sept 19th and said they will contact me within approximately a two week time period for delivery. I never received that call for delivery; however, what I did receive was a call months later asking if I wanted to fix a minor issue with the back of the carpet which I declined as I found it to be quite expensive for what I considered to be something minimal my husband can take care of once it was cleaned. The representative stated the rug was almost ready and would hear back from them for delivery shortly thereafter. It has now been well over 2 1/2 months since they have had my item. I have been very patient and understanding but to take close to 3 months to clean a rug you said would only take 2 weeks is ridiculous. I contacted them last week prior to the Thanksgiving holiday and spoke with a representative who informed me the rug didn't appear to have been cleaned yet. So you had my rug for this long and it still isn't clean... was the question I posed?! When I asked for more details, he was very vague but agreed the timespan of having my item was far too long and didn't know exactly what happened. So I asked for the owner's name and for them to contact me as he/she is ultimately responsible for the organization and their practice(s). He states I can speak with a supervisor who wasn't available at the time but that she would call me back, which still hasn't happened as of today. Additionally, the representative after all this states to me that I can have my rug back on December 7th. They didn't even try to expedite cleaning the rug considering the circumstances of this situation! I usually don't write reviews as I am extremely busy but I made sure that I took the time to write this review because this company lacks customer service. It's shameful and a poor reflection when a customer #1 hasn't been provided their product in a timely manner and #2 not to be contacted by the owner or someone of authority to apologize and expedite their service to get me my item back as soon as possible. It's really sad! Go somewhere else, please. There are so many other options out there. I had used another company years ago but their location was so far away now for me so I decided to try this company which was local to me. Biggest mistake. Live and learn I guess.

UPDATE ON DEC 13, 2019
So, I was contacted by Elizabeth the Director and informed they will deliver my rug on December 7th between 9 am-11 am. Guess what happened? No call, no rug, no follow-through!! Should I be surprised? I took the liberty of checking the Better Business Bureau today to see if they had any complaints (guess I should have done that before hiring them!) and the most recent complaint was similar to mine where they had the rug for over 3 months. I guess this is how they do business. There is a multitude of complaints. When I called today asking for Elizabeth regarding the status of my rug, "Chris" gives no explanation or apologies but that "someone" will get back to me either later today or tomorrow.

UPDATE ON DEC 14, 2019
No callback received so I called and spoke with Chris once again who now states the "manager" will call me on Monday. Yet he stated someone will call me back yesterday or today and now it's moved to Monday. When I asked about the rug, he refused to provide any information about it and said I needed to talk with the manager stating he's in the call center. I find it very odd that he is not able to provide me with any information or an update on the status of my rug, even to tell me if it was cleaned, not cleaned, why it wasn't delivered, etc. No apologies, no urgency for everything that has happened. Then he proceeds to hang up the phone on me! Great customer service. Victimizing the victim! They are holding my rug hostage and refuse to return it to me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

We have used Kiwi for two years and been very happy with their work.
The warranty is the best. Tomorrow they are coming out to clean every carpet in my house for 4 dollars per room, pretty sure I am robbing them. I do this at least 3 times per year to take full advantage of their services.

We moved into a house with awful carpets everywhere. I didn't have much expectation since they were so bad. When kiwi left, I felt like the carpets were almost new. They looked and felt great. I gave had them back several times to keep my house looking good with my two tiny tornadoes running around.
