Jim is the best! My refrigerator broke down last night. Talking to the Home Warranty company was a nightmare but I was lucky to have Jim assigned to the task. He asked me a couple of questions and knew right away what needed to be done. He was very mindful of scratching the floor (rolled out the sliders) or banging the cabinetry. He replaced the part quickly and had the refrigerator running again in no time.

Steve came on time, unlike another repair service that we used in the past, and was very helpful, thorough, and courteous, again unlike our previous repair service. He fixed our leaking refrigerator freezer and our washer, and he investigated the problem with our oven He had to leave to buy some belts for the washer, but managed to go buy them and still do the repairs within the time window that we were given. Highly recommended.

Very professional, friendly,accommodating... I have had them involved in refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine repairs. When any problem was not resolved they took responsibility for the repair until the appliance was working perfectly, no questions asked.

The company is very easy to deal with. They respond promptly and try very hard to work within your schedule. They get that it is not easy for any of us to be without our appliances for any length of time....especially when we have several family members in the household.

A definite fan here...Mike, our technician was early to our appointment, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly diagnosed our dishwasher's problem, confirmed to see if the part was available for pick up and installed it. The whole process took about and hour. I really liked that he provided the costs of the repairs prior to proceeding - very professional.

Called these guys up saturday morning, they had a tech out in a couple hours. Tony brought up an after market switch and knocked out the repair in 15 minutes. I doubt I could have picked up the part and done the work faster.

Tony came out was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had my dryer up and running. Very friendly and helpful.

I would give Jim ten stars if I could. He is dedicated and hardworking. I have never witnessed a person exhibit so much pride in the work they do.
