Had made an appointment for a price on my bathroom. Bill and his partner were extremely attentive to my needs on the project, being very time sensitive. I had a photo shoot in my home set for a certain day, they were SCHEDULED to arrive 4 days prior to the shoot. (mind you, i had 14 girls paying 300$ a head for this retro shoot) No Show. finally got a call back saying they "accidentally" scheduled us on the wrong date, when i expressly told the time was of the essence already. Shoot postponed, all but 5 girls remained. Bill was supposed to arrive at my home this morning @ 9 am and has put me and my husband straight to voicemail. I run a business of my own, and cannot believe the lack of professionalism in this company. I will Never refer them or attempt to use them ever again. it is now noon and still no call , instead of cowardice I would have at least appreciated a "hey we have an emergency...ect" call.
