Alpha Steam Cleaners and Carpet Cleaning

We hired this carpet and upholstery cleaning service to come clean just 2 rooms that our cat had peed in, the odor was very loud. The cat had recently passed so it was time to get our house clean, we Alpha steamers them because of the great reviews left here, and am pleased to say that they did an excellent job taking care of the issues. They used a black light and actually showed us every area that needed to be treated, one part of the carpet had to be lifted and the pad replaced and treated the sub flooring, great job.. it is 4 weeks or so later and we can not smell it any more. They were not the cheapest by any means but the follow up and customer service was exceptional. My wife was even impressed by the extra efforts they put into doing what had to be done so much as to insist that they stay and grab a bite, if you can get Reuben you will be in for a great job. Thanks for going above and beyond most people really have forgotten that concept. I feel like we got what we paid for so have a great new year.

I am over the moon at how wonderful my house looks and smells after a visit from Alpha Steamers carpet cleaning. From the moment the boys arrived they were extremely professional, they explained to me exactly what they would do and went about the process with little disruption to my household. I am an extremely fussy person and their attention to detail absolutely astounded me. Friends and family coming to my house have all noticed and commented on how different my upholstery house looks-especially the Carpets as they look like they did 4 years ago when the house was new.
