Just Real Construction

I needed to do something with the basement but I did not want the usual boring design with the closed in feeling and the recessed lights so low they burn your hair. I was told the Just Real Construction had done some really nice basement remodeling jobs in the area so I called for a free consultation. The contractor understood my concerns and explained how they would not lower the ceiling but used high tech lighting working with all the pipes and such. The finished basement looks great. It has sort of an industrial look but is open and bright. Just what I wanted.

I called Just Real Construction when I first moved into my Condo. It was small and I need someone who could make better use of the space. Their designer had some fantastic ideas and really made good use of some dead areas. When they were done it felt like I had twice as much room.

I was in need of some serious home renovation including window replacement and a new front door. I got estimates from several area contractors and Just Real Construction had the right price and the best selection of available products. The job came out really well. It looks like a different house and I get a lot of compliments.
