I'm glad PDR took the time to fully inspect my truck. They found 2 U Joints on the front drive shaft that were in need of repair. I like the way the inspection form is written out. Very easy to read and understand.

Had PDR to replace my wiring harness and turn signal switch out because My head lights were not operating when I would rise my Sterring wheel up and down. PDR done the work when I needed it to be done and they Have done a very good job. The cost was alittle higher than expected but I am happy that I had them do it. They also told me that they warrenty the labor and parts for 12,000 miles or one year! That is a good deal. They were all so very polite and they work with you to get the job done.

Had friendly service and they got to the problem and fixed it right away. I got my vehicle back same day and the work was affordable.

These guys did an excellent job with our car. For the last year we were doing about 13MPG on our CRV. They fixed the transmission problem and it is now doing 28 MPG. The same that it did when we bought it 12 years ago.

They stayed on schedule and were very courteous.

I was out of town on a business trip and these guys really did me right. Most auto repair shops you visit, you just know you are going to get ripped off. Particularly if you are out of town. Not these guys. They told me what was wrong and when I gave them the go ahead they fixed it right. Right away, and at a great price. I cannot thank them enough. For quality auto repair, you really can count on them.

Best auto repair shop I've ever been to. These guys are great! The whole PDR team is very professional, very knowledgeable, and seem to love the line of work they are in.

Always very receptive and eager to help as quickly as possible. Quick and easy.
They do great work on just about anything in regards to your car. I've come many times, always something different, and I leave satisfied.

I've only had to use these guys once, to replace a radiator and a front support bar that was caused by me rear-ending another car. The work was done quickly, the damage repaired wasn't cosmetic so I can't comment on how it looks (other than that it's a mighty fine radiator they put in), and they managed to do it for a couple hundred less than the estimate, using new parts. Good job guys!

Everything was perfect and they were nice people. They helped me out in an emergency and they did a great job.

This is the fourth vehicle I have taken to PDR. Based on their complete inspection, I made the wise decision to trade this particular vehicle off. I always trust John's input and attention to details.

I had PDR put new brakes on my car. After a few days, I noticed they were still squeaking. PDR took another look and cleaned them which worked. A couple months later they were still making noises so I took it back in and they fixed them up again. So far so good, and PDR backs the work they do and didn't charge me for the return visits. I feel like I can trust a business that is willing to admit their mistake.

PDR is the best shop in the city. Say your best friend's brother ran a repair shop and you went in there, that is how John treats you. Great guy, but more importantly competent honest mechanic. Despite being a big guy, I do not know a lot about cars. Like the Seinfeld episode, I'm all "Oh I need a new Johnson rod? OK, sure I got to fix that." With John I know he is not going to screw me over. Anybody can change your oil, but a mechanic that will tell you what is needed and what isn't without pulling an up-sell is good as gold.

I have been going to PDR for awhile now. They are by far the best auto shop I have ever dealt with! They are quick, honest, thorough, and professional. While their prices are competitive, their service makes the price totally worth it! I wish that every person could experience the greatness that is PDR Automotive! Thank you guys for another job well done!

My car had a bad timing belt and one of the cylinders was misfiring. PRD fixed it and now it runs smoother and also gets better miles per gallon than it ever has.
