Alterra Pest - CLOSED - CLOSED

Michael H came this morning on time to do a re-service of my home. Due to the drought, I have noticed a large number of spiders inside my home and have even been bit! Michael not only took the time to re-service my home he even found where the spiders may be gaining access to the inside. Thank you Michael! I'll sleep a lot better now. Michelle C/Fairfield, CA

We used another pest company for many years before canceling due to rising costs. It had been several years since we had our sprayed at all and I know have children. Michael Hendrix showed up to do our initial treatment and he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions about the product, its safety, and what to expect. He even entertained my sons questions with out hesitation. My kids followed him (from inside) to every window and watched him spray everything. He smiled and waved to them and was never annoyed by them. I was very impressed and pleased!

I switched to Alterra a little over a year ago and couldn't be more pleased. As usual, the Service Pro Andy Stout was prompt, efficient, and professional. It is a comforting feeling knowing my dog is not dragging little crawling critters in the house from outside and we can both enjoy the backyard!

Andy S. went above and beyond doing his job both efficiently and meticulously. He swept up cobwebs, placed traps in the attic and did much more to both prevent pests from showing up while taking care of the ones their.

Andy S. and Raymond H. serviced my house today. I was impressed that Andy S. started by asking what special problems or areas needed to be addressed. I told him and he & Raymond H. treated those areas in addition to the normal treatments. I was also impressed by how courteous they were and how knowledgeable they are about Altera's products. They were very thorough yet efficient in servicing the house. Great job!

Since being with Alterra it has been nothing but greatness, I have had no pest problems and the service from R Perez is always with a smile and willing to ask or let us know if any problems occur to be sure to call office and let them know. So yes we are happy customers. Great service Alterra.

Mann was on time and answered all my questions - he was very professional, courteous and friendly. Also very thorough about cleaning cobwebs and spraying. Have not experienced any of our previous ant problems since contracting with Alterra.

I have been a customer with Alterra for about 2 years; their service is great! They use non-poison chemicals safe for my pets and kids and it really works. I use to have a pantry moth problem due to my bird's seeds, but the problem is now almost nonexistent! Andy S. came by today for my quarterly spraying and his customer service was A+. Not only did he spray all around the house, but inside as well, and he swept down all the cobwebs. He was very informative about Alterra's business, courteous and polite. I would recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors!

Service on 11/1/13. Mr. Mann was very courteous, professional & a very personable person. He removed spider webs from around the entire house and sprayed. He checked to see if I had to call for the areas to be re-prayed between normal service time. I think the company should be proud to have Mr. Mann as an employees.

Mann was very courteous. He removed all the spider webs around the house. Next time he comes he shouldn't have to do all that work because the spiders will all be gone.

Alterra gives you alot for your money, they put grub stuff on my lawn that actually killed them! i couldnt find a product that worked. they are very proffesional and friendly. Mr. Mann, our service pro was great!

Jeff L (Sac #108) is my service professional. He and Alterra do a great job. Professional and responsive to our pests requests. Jeff greeted us before starting to find out if there were any issues. Our last pest company did the work first, and then dropped off the invoice as they were leaving. Never asking us if there were any issues.

Based on today's service, I give Alterra 5 stars. I have been with Alterra for over a year now and would give the company 4 stars. We constantly have spider webs/spiders even after a few weeks after a treatment service. We decided to call in-between quarterly treatments to help solve our spider issue. Today, Mann, was an outstanding Service Pro. He thoroughly de-webbed our exterior and sprayed with a stronger chemical. I sure hope this solves our problem, thanks Mann! You were very friendly and were understanding of my pest/insect concerns.

We've had pest control at our home for the last 10 years and have always had to call the tech back for various different issues throughout the month... About a year ago, we switched to Alterra and John Dsupin takes care of us now and we haven't had to call him back at all since he started... John does a superb job for us and would highly recommend him to others in the Sacramento area...

We have been very happy with the service we recieve from Alterra. Not only are they friendly on the phone and quick to answer my questions, but the service pros are always dressed professionally and on time. This last visit, our Service Pro, Seth, went the extra mile. When he arrived, we had forgotten to lock up our dog. He jumped in and helped my daughter round up the hyper puppy and get him in the kennel. Thanks, Seth!

Our technician, Donovan, was wonderful. He came out and explained everything he was about to do and took his time to make sure he covered all the problem areas. His partner Andy was also there to take care of the interior. They were both very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Alterra for your pest control needs.

Andy Stout was great. He spent the time to explain everything that he was going to do. He was very timely and his service exceeded expectations. Don't think that we'll have any pest (ants) problems anywhere soon.

Andy Stout was awesome! He spent probably an hour and a half here. Most techs are in and out (whether pest control, lawn treatment, maintenance, etc.) and I'm left wondering, "I paid $x for THAT?" He combated my pest problems in a variety of ways. He sprayed the perimeter and certain parts of the interior of my home including yard and garage as requested and promised. He used granules on my lawn to help with my wasp and ant issue, he treated my slug and snail problem in my flower bed and potted plants with a different treatment, and he spent a good amount of time removing as many cobwebs around the home as he could. I am excited to see the results.

Very thorough. Have seen big improvement since the first treatment. Andy even sprayed inside in along the baseboards like I requested. Happy so far.
