I'm rating the customer service person I spoke with, Shawny. She was amazing! She took care of everything I needed today quickly and efficiently. I had tried myself to close these accounts. Our new credit card merchant said she had tried to close them. I'm not sure if she did or not. She's disappeared. We've had really bad luck with merchant service accounts but I have to say, Shawny recognized my frustration and did everything necessary to get this done. She was a pleasure!

Heather was amazing! She really took the time to help me understand our account, statement and all of the intricacies. Unfortunately, I didn't have a very pleasant experience when I called in yesterday and spoke with Joanne. I had felt pushed off by her and I never received the email she was supposed to send me. However, Heather turned all that around for me. This girl is a gem!

Customer Service was great. Joanna G. Did a great job. She was very patient and thorough!! SBGA does have a problem with the email system. It takes an hour to get emails from them. This is not acceptable when you are working with credit card systems. This is a issue that management should address!!

I had been calling these numbers asking for help to be walked thru the PCI Compliance but kept being switched over to another department 844-864-5449, 949-861-4000, 800-889-7242 . I was terribly frustrated for waiting so long and being transferred and I vented on Joanne cause she was asking the same questions and I felt I would be transferred again. Joanne was a great help and will send the information so that both my husband and I can be helped your a representative. I am now certified much thanks to Joanne honestly could not have passed without being walked through the process.

SBGA Saw a transaction we ran for an expensive artwork that was purchased and to be shipped . They were not able to verify the credit card and user. We were called and did not ship the art until they were satisfied that the payment was correct and secure. If the cardholder had not verified the payment and we had shipped the art we would be at a total loss.

Kat and Joanna were so much help to me. Kat was patient enough to contact me repeatedly due to the fact that we are a retail store and have customers coming in or calling often, thus preventing me from working with her from the first call. She helped me with the log-in and when my computer was to slow to open the email with log-in info before her work day was finished, she left the info with Joanna who then sat on the phone with me despite repeated interruptions. I was grateful for all of the assistance because answering these questions with the proper understanding is so important. My gratitude to both girls and knowing that I have back up makes me even happier that I came back to your company.They should be commended even if it is their job, not everyone would be so helpful and kind.

I contacted support because I thought I had a balancing issue. Matthew was the Customer Service Agent I worked with. He was responsive, giving me an update on the status daily (sometimes twice a day). He took the time to review and research the transactions and batch totals. After Matthew did some comparison work and prepared a spreadsheet, he called me to discuss. During this phone call I realized the balancing error was actually a formatting error on my end. Had Matthew not done the extra work, I may not have seen my own error. I appreciate the time, effort, and energy Matthew put into trying resolve this issue. I also appreciate his patience and understanding at finding out that the error was on my end. He was incredibly kind and gracious when I told him the mistake was mine. Thank you Matthew.
