Advantage Rent A Car

This was our second experience here, and it will also be our last. Most of the employees we worked with were great, particularly the shuttle drivers and the people who checked our car back in. I would have included the woman who rented us

rented a compact for 3 days this past weekend here at their LAX location. Was very hesitant but the rate was good so I took a chance. The wait for the shuttle was very reasonable, 5 minutes when we flew in and 5 minutes when we flew out.

I was charged 100.00 more than I should have been for prepaid refueling, even after saying that I did not want it from the laundry list of upcharges they kept throwing at me. It was a shame because the car was great. But you are better off

HE CHARGED US FOR A MINISCULE DING THAT WASN'T VISIBLE TO OUR PERFECT 20/20 VISION WHEN WE PICKED UP THE CAR. WE DID NOT ENCOUNTER ANY WINDSHIELD

We got a great deal from these guys, and it turned out that it was too good to be true. They are late, they make you wait, and they don't keep their promises. Better to pay a little extra to get decent service.

This place is a disaster area. Don't rent a car from them, even if the deal is good. They have no regard at all for your time as shown by their unreliable shuttle service, the lack of the vehicle they promised you, and slow service. On top of that, they show no remorse at all that they have not lived up their promise and wasted your time.
