The Standard Hotel Hollywood

The best club in LA right now. Nothing is better. This place is looks and feels like it belongs in the New York club sceen, but it is here in LA. No clue about the hotel, but I recommend the club.

I am not a fan of the preteniousness that is this place...only a hotel in hollywood would have a "line" to get into it...now as much as I dislike this place the standard downtown is much better. still very expensive but much lower key and has a great roof top view.

This is a great place all around. It is probably best known in LA for the roof top pool and bar. It can be difficult to get in Thursday through Sunday, but bring some cash, better yet some ladies, and you should have no problem. A good trick is to eat at the restaurant and then get up to the bar without paying the cover. It's also nice to get a room and just crash there.

Very high end hotel and restaurant. They also have a great club, but it can be difficult to get in. The trick is to eat at the restaurant and then go directly to the club for free. Make sure to time the dinner late so you don't leave and then get stuck with the charge. Don't forget, classy and funky atire.

it is a world class operation and a brand name. i love the food and the atmosphere is geat for dates and a tourist attraction. i have heard that Leonardo DiCaprio and Cameron Diaz are investors.
