This company was sent to us via our Home Warranty company. The customer service was what you would expect if you weren't paying for the service. The workman, a very kind man - albeit not able to complete the job - has been to our house 3 times. Each time, even though the HW was covering, the person on the phone informed us we needed a new work order (we pay $60 for each one). The second to final call, to ask for the workman to come back and complete the fix, ended in rudeness and a hang up. The final was to inform this business that my HW would be sending a new company to fix the problem - at no charge. Again, the phone call ended with rudeness and and a hang up. Thank goodness for a great HW company!!!

My home warranty company sent Appliance Express To fix my Fridge. They were on time, clean and well prepaired. Real Prefessionals! Repair was compleated quickly, restoring my house to proper order in no time. A ++ Company I will use them again!

My family has been using this company since i was a child, now they fix my machines! Affordable and fair. My dryer quit and I thought it needed a heater. I called and they said bring it to us and we will check it for free! Turns out it worked there, My breaker was tripped! No problem and it cost me nothing. Great people and better service. I only use Appliance Express. Thanks for all the years of caring for us!

We have a Frigidaire dryer that we bought in July 2009 that takes 2 runs to dry anything. So we called the manufacturer and they list Appliance Express as an authorized repair shop. From the moment I called I received bad customer service. I told the person on the other line when it was purchased and that it needed service and he wanted me to call Frigidaire and get my ESA#. I was like what is that and he didn??t know. So I called and it turns out to be an Extended Service Agreement. Well I didn??t buy one and the unit is under the manufacturer??s original warranty as it has been less than a year since purchased, which I told the guy to begin with. So they send a guy out and he can??t find anything wrong with our dryer and does nothing. The next morning we get a cryptic message saying not to use the unit and that the homeowners need to call Appliance Express immediately. Well, we did and it turns out they were having problems billing Frigidaire for the service visit and left that message to make sure we called back. NICE business practice! So the lady has me call Frigidaire back since they cannot get a claim in their system and now I have to fax my original receipt to Frigidaire and they will take care of billing with Appliance Express. What horrible customer service and our dryer still does not dry like it should!

This store isn't fancy or even real big,but they do offer many good used appliances at decent prices.The stpre is a little hard to find,but it is well worth the time,even if you are not familiar with the location.I would definitely do business with them again.They also do repair work on their appliances.
