if you want to go to a friendly down home italian place, then this is the place for you. the space is a bit small but it just makes for a good casual dinner. try to grab a table by the windows to see the world pass you by as you eat some

When Chianti Cucina closed on Melrose, we discovered Angeli Caffe just a couple of blocks down. I cannot believe it took me so many years to discover this incredible food. The Ravioli is divine and after you eat the vegetarian lasagna, you will never feel the need to eat meat lasagna again! And don't even get me started with the bread, pizza and the salads! It is also very well priced.
