I am an MTA commuter, I noticed the following:

1) Not all the sheriffs or Security guards are present in each Metro Train Station. We need them all the time for our safety

2) All BICYCLES should be allowed in the train, only in a designated area.

3) The Penalty sign like; no drinking, no eating, etc. are too small to read in each metro train station and no one notice it. I saw many passengers eating and drinking and they make mess. Any drinks should not be allowed inside the Metro Train Station even though they are not drinking or sipping it. A lot of them, they spilled on the floor and inside the train by purpose or accidentally.

4) I recommend, all passengers who are not disable should not be allowed to seat on the DISABLE & ELDERLY sign seats at all times.

Thank you and I hope my recommendation will be enforce as soon as possible.

The MTA offers bus and some light rail service throughout the LA area. Compared to some of the other bus lines on the west side, their tickets at $1.35 are more expensive. Also, they don't offer transfers anymore, you have to buy a "day pass" for $3.

Drivers don't announce the stops - what's up with that!? At least the newer buses have built in automatic announcements.

Overall, you can get anywhere you want at affordable prices, just don't be in a hurry.
