I am so disgusted with this dealership. First, they can't even give a decent quote over the phone - like EVERY OTHER dealership in the area. Second, when I told them, nicely, over 7 times, that I'd purchased a new car already, please remove me from your call list, they ignored me and kept calling. Finally, I called the manager to ask them to remove me, please. He never apologized, and informed me "it may take several days for us to remove your name and number." WHAT! I would NEVER purchase a car from this sleazy operation, and advise others to stay away as well.

Horrible experience! Once I signed papers had nothing but problems and attitude. They were suppose to put my loan app. through SMCU and after I went to SMCU, I found out they never did! Stevens Creek tried to rip me off with a APR of 8.9% and SMCU gave me 3.74%. Now, 1 month later, I am still having problems with them. I've left a number of messages and no one calls me back. When I've talked to someone, they just transfer me back to the message machine of the guys who don't call me back. DON'T SHOP THERE! You will live to regret it! They don't even deserve one star!

These guys are awesome!!! I recently purchased an 87 Civic that was purchased new from them in 87, It is now being used as a show car, I called them looking for a pair of plate frames from their dealership to make it completely original. They were more than happy to oblige, even though I live in the Albany NY area. I dealt with RJ in parts and he was fantastic, if they give their customers the attention I received and I lived in the San Jose area I would definitely go to them for a new or used Honda!!

They charged me $150 for so called "B1 service" (changing oil and filters, rotating tires, lubricating hinges, checking breaks), which I consider reasonably overpriced. But they also performed "free cortesy inspection" and recommended additional services: replacing brake pads ($299 for front pads only), changing steering and brake fluid -- totalling additional $850 . I refused and got the inspection report. What's interesting, the only problem mentioned in the report were breaks.

Run as fast as you can from this place. ....Horrible service. Took my 3 year old, $30k + S2000 here because it has a tear in convertable top over 2 1/2 weeks ago. It's a know design issue that even has a TSB out for it. SC Honda told me they would have to get replacement approval from the regional rep but will have an answer in a couple of days. Well, 2 1/2 weeks, 3 phone calls and 4 visits later- they told me it was declined. How convenient for them. Seems like this place didn't give a *%@& about me and just wanted to get rid of me. They just blamed each other for not getting back to me.

When I purchased my Civic in Feb 2008, the finance person recommended "Karrtrack" package - this has been the most terrible experience I have ever had.
I'd get calls from karrtrack people telling me my Civic just reported a car alarm at 5:45am!

I had a great experience at Honda of Stevens Creek. The salespeople were very busy but managed to assign someone to give us a test drive.. They also took the time to explain the car very well and in the end we felt like it was a good deal and bought the car. The wait for the paperwork was a little longer than I would have liked but overall it was great.

I went in to purchase a Honda for my son. I was greeted with a smile. I was shown new cars and used cars and I negotiated a great deal on a used Honda Civic at a great price and they did the financing. The car was Certified with extended warranty. I got the carfax and the checkout sheet on the car so I felt very comfortable. We traded in his Mustang and got a fair value for that. The whole deal took about 2 and a half hours. Pretty painless. Tried to take advantge of my dad who is 85 by offering him $600 for a trade-in worth $2,500 (on Kelley Blue Book). Sure, it is his responsibility to know what he has and what it's worth but I'm sure that 1 out of maybe 20 people trust the saleperson and accept the offer. When I confronted the sales manager on this he said that they hadn't actually seen the car when they made this offer. This was not true but even so, what business makes an offer to buy something sight unseen. I asked him if once they saw the condition of the car and realized it was worth 3-4 times what they had offered would they then go back to the customer and give them more money? "Well, no" he said. OF COURSE "NO". That's the whole point. Take your business somewhere else.

This delaership is great. I just purchased my 2nd car here and I don't get the bashing. I have serviced my cars here as well and every time it goes smoothly. I read some of the comments below and was suprised. If you bump a curb hard it doesn't matter how many miles are on your car to do an alignment. I also didn't know that dealers REfinance cars. I thought banks did that? Anyways my experiences have all been good. Dave the service manager is awesome. Niko in sales was very polite and Ken in finance was great. Good job and I will send all my friends to you!

This delaership is great. I just purchased my 2nd car here and I don't get the bashing. I have serviced my cars here as well and every time it goes smoothly. I bought a Pilot SE through Nick Doshi, He was the absolute best sales person I've dealt with hands down. It was a no pressure sale. I knew what I wanted, I knew what I'd pay, I was up front with him and he with me. I even worked out the price on every accessory. I'd recommend Nick for everyone that knows exactly what they want! Highly, HIGHLY, disappointed with Stevens Creek Honda. I have left message after message to never--yes, never--be returned. Purchased a car from there and that was smooth enough but attempts to contact them to arrange refinancing (I've paid diligently) and for various service have been to no avail!
Shame on them!

We've been taking our van here for servicing for a couple of years and has always been happy with the professionalism and efficiency of the service department. Costs seem reasonable and we've never had a problem that couldn't be resolved. Courteous and friendly staff as well.

I would not recommend this place for service or for buying your car! Service is horrible!! I've been trying to get hold of their Manager for 5 days now but no one has returned my call. I've called them several times to get some service issues resolved.

I went in for a simple oil change because I didn't want to do it myself. They somehow broke my oil pan and said that I couldn't leave because oil was dripping everywhere.

I was thinking, what? When I brought in my honda, it was working fine; not a drop of oil on the drive way.

Anyhow, I ended up paying $600 for them to replace the oil pan because I couldn't drive away.

I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THOSE CROOKS and if you're dumb enough to go there, well, i wish you good luck. By the way, read the other reviews if you don't belive how bad they are.

I took my car for 90K service here. The sales adviser was trying to sell me an expensive cv boot change. It was cracked for almost 4 years. But nothing happened in all those 4 years. He wanted to prove his point and yanked at it with his full force. Nothing happened. It was strong and not leaked or punctured. They delivered the car the next day. Two weeks ago I took my car to another place for an oil change. Both the CV boots were broken. Now I have to change the axle. Is there any statistics collected about going to a dealership service department and immediate expensive repair. I am not going to another dealership service department again.

I have had every service for my car done there. I dont understand this bashing, yea they recommend things that needed to be done but dont ever sneak anything in. I highly recommend going here not only for their high level of work, or for their lower than average prices, but the service advisers and service manager are extremely helpful.

I took my car here for Standard Servicing. if you don't understand what they are saying, you will end up paying hefty amount for a regular service. After one incident I never went back to this service center.

This is a small dealership. Much smaller compare to other dealership in the area. I have no opinion about their repair service, but for purchasing a new car, I suggest you go to Capitol Honda instead.

I took my wife's car here to be serviced for the 30k standard service maintenance and I have to say, if you don't know very much about car maintenance, dont bring your car to Stevens Creek Honda because they will try to take advantage of you. They tried to get me to approve an alignment to be done at extra cost. This is completely unnecessary at 30k. I never took my car back to them for servicing again.

My brother bought his car here. We've been searching all bay area and this place offered us the lowest price. The salesman is courteous and didn't push us to buy the car. They have a huge selection of car. We went to here twice. First time we only do the test drive and they didn't give us any pressure to buy the car. After comparing the price in this area, we finally decided to buy here.

I bought my Honda accord in 2004 from these people. The most competitive price given me to me in the Bay area. Trust me I had checked dealers from San jose to Palo alto and the price given to me was the best by these people after all bargaining. Great courteous sales guys and great service. They have a huge inventory of Honda cars
