Because of exceptional service and courtesy extended, to me, by Mr. Metelski, I found it necessary to write this letter of commendation. It is my opinion that Mr. Metelski is a man of integrity, honesty and morality. Not only did he make much effort so to solve my problem, he shopped the "market" to find the price(s) so to keep the cost of my repairs at a minimum and, incidentally, very close to his estimated cost for repairs. Also, he kept in contact with me so I would know the costs and progress of the repairs. Very seldom does one receive this type of service from an auto garage repair shop.

I have been to many automobile repair shops in my time and I have found some really great one's....and I'm glad I can put this one in that category. I honestly think that this place is the best mechanical repair shop that I've ever gone to in all my years! The service was fabulous. My car broke a week before my planned trip to Wisconsin and Quality was very busy when I brought it in. After I told them my situation they told me that they couldn't promise me anything since I brought the car in later in the week but would try to get the job done before the weekend. Awesome place. Just make sure that you get your car in fast because the place gets filled up with cars fast! And with the great service, I can see why.

The owner is very friendly and the service is great. I had my car in there for a manual transmission replacement along with a new clutch install with a few other various things while in there.
