17 OCT 2009 I've been going to this car wash for 10 years they have always done a great job until today they left water stains on my suv they pretended to run for another wash and turned off the water they thought i wasn't watching they have been reported to the better business bureau today and they did the same to another customer as I'm standing there watching them. I tried to get the owners name finally they gave me Kenneth Harris..There was a man claiming to be the manager name Kenny he was useless.. The so call manager should be removed. I've never seen this guy and he lied claiming water stain are permanent. Of course if you don't dry it quick!

Half the car was partially clean. The other half had bugs and dirt all over it. There was muck below the windshield wipers. The windows were filthy. 2 tires and wheels were clean. Of course the ones on the cleaner side of the car. The other wheels had dried dirt and dust all over them. No one even took the time to look at them, let alone try to clean them.
'Save your money and drive through a puddle. Your car will be cleaner.'

Definitely the best bargain car wash place I know in LA! First of all, it's very close to LAX so sometimes you see famous stars (yes I've seen them!). Secondly they do an excellent jobs for a mere hand wash! If you visit them on Mondays and Tuesdays, their basic hand wash is only $6.99. Visit them 9 times and 10th one is free! Avoid weekend as it gets very crowded and slow!!!
