I love this Nordstrom..it is bright and always full of lovely items. The restaurant is wonderful and it is nice to sit outside most days. The customer service, needless to say, is the best. I know that I will always be happy with my merchandise, and if there is a problem, they take care of it with a smile.

I had breast cancer and the necessary reconstructive surgery a few years back. Christina in the Lingerie department fitted me with the best bra I have had since my surgeries. Her attitude and the service she provided were beyond compare.
She is a star....and my purchases are much appreciated.

When shopping for my wedding dress I had a very bad experience at the bridal store in the mall. With only one week left before my wedding and no dress yet, I decided to walk over to Nordstroms & see what they had to offer and I'm soo glad I did! Not only did I find a beautiful dress, I received SUPERIOR customer service! The sales lady was SO helpful and soo polite..the way customer service is supposed to be, but rarely found anymore.
I've bought from this store before and I think their selection is wonderful. You don't have to be rich to shop here. If you shop their sale racks, you can find really nice clothes at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this store!

Their long-standing reputation is well-deserved as the atmosphere and service exudes pride in the company's mission. Admittedly, their prices are not competitive with J.C. Penny's, Sear"s, etc., but the quality of their offerings is unsurpassed. In other words, with Nordstrom you truly do get what you pay for to the maximum. Their sale items are equally fantastic, so if you are willing to wait a bit, you can score even better! A great experience can definitely be had shopping there!

I only go to Nordstrom when they have their once yearly shoe sale. You have to be willing to dig, but you can get some good deals at that. Otherwise, it is waaaaay too expensive for what you get. High class, yes, but expensive.
