I live just around the corner from B Mans and it is packed all the time. I love the chicken curry it's yummy. They also have healthier fare with an asian salad and chicken on a stick.
4This is a small little restaurant in San Marino, CA. It has be BEST curry fries on earth. You must try it to believe it. Best of all, it is extremely affordable (less than 5 dollars). They also have lots of teriyaki bowls and burgers of course. However, if you only order one thing when you go, it HAS to be the curry fries. They are out of this world!

This restaurant originated from Spikes, but i can definitely say that after trying both establishments, the quality at B-mans is definitely better. I get the avo cheeseburger each time I go and the taste is consistent.
3Sounds like howard woke up on the wrong side of the bed...I have been eating at B-man's for years and yeah once in awhile it could be better maintained but i do realize its a busy location. i have been to the other ones in Azusa and Upland and those are just as presentable and the food is consistent. As for the teriyaki coming out of 25 gal containers...obviously Howard hasnt seen the cook boiling away to make that sauce all it can Bee..Now i wont compare it to any other locations or recommend another restaurant, i will go to that rstaurants site to give my thoughts. I recommend this restaurant to any and everyone. And to howard...try the chicken curry..its great...

To all people who think B-Man's (and even Spike's)teriyaki sauce is real - think again. This is a fast food joint. The sauce is very bitter, sharp, metalllic, and too thick. This is not teriyaki! It can't even qualify for animal feed. Their "homemade" concoction is probably from a 25-gallon bucket manufactured at a battery acid plant. A restaurant does not necessarily qualify as "Japanese" when its menu, and name, has the word 'teriyaki' emblazoned everywhere. Do your homework.
If you want a Japanese teriyaki experience in the SGV area, try Tokyo Lobby on Las Tunas e/o San Gabriel (tucked into the n/w corner of the Albertson's shopping center). They have the traditional chicken/beef teriyaki that is very clean on the palate - there is NO aftertaste. Don't let the exterior fool you though. The food is delicious, fresh, and plentiful for the price. It has been in business far longer than B-Man's. DON'T wast money at B-Man's or Spike's. Instead, get your money's worth at Tokyo Lobby.

I love the teriyaki chicken bowl. While there may be other authentic Japanese restaurants, B'Mans never claims to be authentic Japanese, it just claims to have wonderful grilled chicken and teriyaki bowls and that it does. Obviously a fast food place, I appreciate the fact that they don't glob the sauce on like some other places. They also have burgers and fries.
