I eat at many Chinese restaurants and I find Andy's a good place to eat at. I eat there at least once a week & have done so for at least 12 years. Their Lunch specials are great and a good deal! I always order the garlic chicken

Andy's used to be the only place in town to get good Chinese food, even in a neighborhood full of a variety of restaurants. Their green onion pancakes, breaded garlic chicken, etc. used to be the bomb. I have been going there for about

When they first opened, their food tasted fresh, veggies still crunched, spices were sharp and clean--but the food has declined into being non-descript chinese food. Even the Kung Pao Chicken they still taut as being "Best" is nothing to

Pros: Mongolian Beef is good, if you can't get somewhere better it's edible food

Cons: Bland food

For some reason this place seems to have gotten quite a good reputation among my friends. I have found the food to be extremely average. One friend did have a good tactic though, which was to only by the appetizers. The paper wrapped chicken is nice buy very greasy. If you are in the Richmond District I would recommend Tsing Tao instead.

PROS: They deliver!
CONS: Very average.

This place isn't particularly special, but it's one of our favorites. It's never very crowded, the environment is unique - nothing to impress the in-laws with, but very fun, and the food is always tasty. Inexpensive/good deal. Whenever we didn't feel like cooking, we go here.

PROS: Tasty, cheap, never very crowded
CONS: Not the place to impress a first date

Ordered delivery from this place for the first time. We thought it terrible food. Most of it tasted like it was from a can or frozen. I would never eat there again. The service was good, too bad the food wasn't better.
