If you know what you're looking for, you can find some decent bargains at Marshalls.
The staff there are largely absent though, so don't expect any hand-holding, or any
sort of assistance. I like this place largely because it's inexpensive, and you don't have
pushy salespeople trying to make a commission. But, it's rough if you've got the wrong size
and you have to put on all your street clothes to go back and sleuth
the racks.
PROS: decent prices
CONS: inattentive staff

This is one of my favorite Marshalls to shop at. The store can get a little cluttered at times, but never to the point where you can't navigate through the store. The Women's department is a little skimpy but if you look really good you can walk away with lots of great deals. My Biggest complaint is that most of the jeans for men cater to smaller sizes or big and tall. If your shopping for a man in between like me you wont find much of a selection in this department. The staff is so so one day there friendly the next week not a smile in the bunch, but hey what stores staff isn't. If your looking for a bunch of bargains check it out you might see me there with a full basket.
