Seriously, spend the time and go to the Irvine store. They are so much better there- nicer and more competent. \r\nFrom long lines, to poor management of resources, to huge mistakes resulting in losing data (i.e. all data wiped by ""mistake"" from my device), my experience was a disaster. In the end, all the manager could offer for such an experience and loss of my data was an apology. \r\n

Absolutely the worst service . I have 6 business lines with Sprint, pay for insurance on all phones, yet when I went to have a brand new phone that was defective replaced, they start giving me the run around. They carry no inventory, so every problem you have, they require you to go in, wait two hours minimum before they get to it (no rental or loaner phone option), then after their incompetent techs verify the problem, they will tell you to come back in four to five days, and wait another two to three hours before they give you a replacement phone. I have received 4 replacement phones in less than a month, and they all have had some kind of problem. 8 round trips, over 10 hours in the store, and now they tell me there is a limit for how many replacements you can have in a month. None were my fault, but defective phones. THEY ARE THE WORST. Will be changing service provider as soon as this contract is over.

this sprint store is probably one of the best. the employees are very knowledgable and willing to help. they always have great deals on phones and service plans. definately check this one out
4I completely agree with the first review. This store is super SLOW! However, once you finally get someone to help you, they are very knowledgeable about the product.
3While the Sprint company itself has no regard for customer service (I'd give them a 0) this particular store is OK. I had to go to the store when I upgraded my phones, and even though they were SLOW, they were somewhat helpful, and I got better service than expected.
