Harlows was known for a long time as the only bar with an indoor cigar lounge in Sacramento. The upstairs room was clubby and frequented by local music lovers, Cigar afficionados, and the occaisonal well-known politician. Downstairs there is usually a musical act in the evenings, and an efficient bar staff with a well stocked selection of fine spirits. Plenty of atmosphere, people to meet, and fun to be had alone, as a couple, or with a group.
