I have been coming to the Ryde for ages, It is already like a family tradition. It just keeps getting better, I was there last week to sample the new chef's food. And I have never posted a review before but the food was amazing! very plentiful you have to take quite a few trips if you want to sample all of them. I do Sunday brunch at other places including the nearby mansion and the Ryde's brunch is by far the best. I forgot to mention I got married there in 05.

.

The restaurant at the Hotel is only open on Sundays for brunch and for special occasions, and the hotel is open for corporate meetings and weddings.
It is a unique building from the art deco era and is charming, situated along the Sacramento River. Supposedly, Lon Chaney's family owned it at one time during prohibition. The Sunday Brunch is excellent and it is a fun destination for a Sunday Drive or boat trip, because there is a dock in front of the restaurant.
