Received a gift certificate for Mother's Day and had to use it when my back went out. This place is a little piece of heaven. The Spa was amazing. You can go early if your having a massage and enjoy the spa as long as you want. It has a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, cool mist room. Completely gets you relaxed for your facial, massage or adjustment. I can't wait for my birthday cause I know what I'm asking for, another gift certificate of course.

from the moment i walked in the front doors i was greated with warm welcoming smiles and people! I couldn't have asked for a better expierince. The frozen lemonades they pass around are refreashing, and the spa attendants and concierge's are amazing, professional, and knowledgable.... my massage was perfect..... i found a new home !

I have to say this was the worst spa experince ever. I went for the prenatal massage, and due to road block and construction I was 10 minutes late. Therefore, my massage ended up being a 35minute massage instead of an hour (for a whopping $120). The masseus basicaly rubbed my body with oil. No focus on the pressure points. It was just a joke. I was grateful for the complimentary bath at the end because that was more relaxing than the massage. I think this place is all fluff, but no substance. Try Stressbuster in Laguna Niguel. They are amazing.

Went there a few months ago to get my first bikini wax. i was a little scared so i brought a friend along who was also willing to try it out! the facility is lovely. Quiet, clean, well stocked. as we waited for out session, we used the sauna and checked out the full amenities of the womens changing area. They had everything! My waxer was very nice, we talked and chatted the whole time, she did a decent job, but i think it could've been better. I have very sensitive skin and ended up getting a rash, but perhaps i'll try something else next time i visit. It hasn't deterred me from going back. Prices are a little high, but is understandable and expected at a lovely place such as Burke Willams.

what is the greatest thing in the world when you are so tired after you've done all your shopping for the day?? a day at the spa of course! i love the fact that this spa is at the block because i usually get really tired and just want some pampering after i do my massive weekend shopping adventures. the envirnoment is awesome because you feel so relaxed just walking in and the people are super friendly so you feel at home! they also have a great selection of massages and facials that are offer so you can find anything for any pampering or skin care needs!

I LOVVVVVVE this Spa. The calm relaxing environment to the jacuzzi, sauna or steam room, everyone needs to treat themselves to a day of this. The massages they offer are all GREAT and I have had many of them. This is also a GREAT place to go with a group of girls and spend the day pampering yourself. Sit in the jacuzzi and laugh together and then al go get treatments. I have gone before where there are bridal parties all getting treated before the big day. Love this Place.

place. Its great.. Very spacious (unlike the one in Pasadena). Staff are very professional- some are a little snobby- but overall its a very cool place to go and unwind. I've enjoyed my outings and treats- self-care is so important.

Front desk staff are very efficient and courteous. After checking in at the lobby, it's "my time" once you go through the doors that lead to the different rooms. Staff walk around and do their duties quietly and smoothly. Facilities are clean and well stocked. We went as a group of 8, and everyone's masseuse was excellent. My favorite part is when I am wrapped in a wam blanket after the massage, and led to the quiet room where I could stay forever.

If you happen to get a gift certifiacte, or just have an extra hundred or so, Burke Williams is a wonderful place to relax for several hours. I was given a gift certificate for a free facial. When I arrived they said that they had raised the prices due to the increase in costs and I had to pay an extra $10 on top of the gift-certificate which still didn't inclued the gratuity. I ended up spending $30 for my "gift." So much for free. It seemed a bit strange to me. However, the spa is wonderful in it's decor and ammenities. I was pleased with the service I received and would be more than happy to go again- if I was given a gift card.

The reason I like this spa so much is because it's one of very few spas in orange county that has the large whirlpool and additional treatment rooms such as wet room, sauna, mist room, quiet room. I really enjoy their deep tissue massages. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Pricing is on the high end.

Burke Williams at the Orange Block is an experience that you will never forget. Walking into the day spa you will feel the immediate comfort and serenity that the spa offers. As a spa representative gives you a tour of the facilities your excitement will grow for the many relaxing ammenities there are to choose from. From a jacuzzi spa to a steam room, you will not be at a loss for things to do between your scheduled spa activity. Parking for this facility is easy to find and the location is freeway close.

Burke Williams spa's are the best! They are the cleanest and have the most ammeneties of any spa in Orange County! I highly recommend trying them out--you will not be let down!
