Actually went to this place based on a comment from this page. I found the food to be very good and about 90% authentic Thai flavor. Very good and like the post before me, I have not met a person who I recommended this place too that did not like it.
4The location of the restaurant is really good because it is located inside te fairmont hotel. The food is excellent. The service is good but then the serving of the food is quite slow. But overall the restaurant is good.

Pros: Private party
Cons: The service?
I live in the Nob Hill area, and have always ordered Thai from Thai Spice on Polk, but recently I tried Little Thai and I think it's much better. The food has been very consistent the three times i've had it, and it always seems to be

Pros: Consistent, tasty thai dishes
Cons: Would have to nit-pick, overall very good
This place is perfect for quick/late/easy dinners. It is a place you can count on for a good thai meal and a great last minute place for a large group.

Their food is great, spicy and quick. They deliver or you can eat in or get takeout which I do quite often. The minced chicken with basil is excellent. The soups are great too. The other bad reviews are hard to believe. I've been

Pros: yummy, cheap, fast
i ordered food here after seeing positive reviews. but the food... it was bad. it tasted packaged... like thai kitchen that you buy at safeway. none of the people that ordered were satisfied with their meal... overall very disappointing.

i go to a lot of thai restaurant, and this is one of the worst that i ever had
the rice is not cooked enough, and the food is not as tasty as it supposed to be.
Although the food came out only 5 min after we placed the order.

This is truly my favorite Thai restaurant in all of the Bay Area! The food is superb and the staff are always very polite and attentive. While the dining area can be small, the food is well worth the wait! I especially recommend the Green Papaya Salad which offers a mix of sweet, salty and spicy which can only be described as delicious. I have yet to meet anyone who hasn't liked it! Their menu is very diverse and includes dishes that I do not see at other Thai restaurants. while they serve the staples found elsewhere, they are also not afraid to push the envelope and branch out by introducing other types of Thai dishes. A must in SF!

Based on the other reviews I decided to try Little Thai. The food was good, but the service was poor. My table was dirty, and the sever never came back to the table to fill my water, or ask how things were.

This is a great neighborhood place for Thai food which tastes GREAT. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. Atmosphere is non-descript and forgettable but it's ok since dinner is cheap and delicious. Yum Yum
PROS: Great, cheap food - Good fast service
CONS: lame/forgettable atmosphere

We love this neighborhood spot. The food is great. We especially love the green curry (just as good as in Thailand), lab kai (can substitute with ground pork, which is how it's traditionally prepared), and the green papaya salad. I've

Pros: Inexpensive, Authentic Thai food, Friendly service
We no longer live in the neighborhood but still come back for the Little Thai. The restaurant is pleasant but definitely not trendy. The service is always good, but the food is the true star. The food is superb. The reasonable prices come

Ive been living near and eating at Little Thai for seven years while sampling Thai restaurants all over the city. While you can hunt down prettier restaurants and more exotic menus if you try, overall LT gets my vote for best overall Thai

Located at the corner of Polk and Broadway, Little Thai is one of the many Thai restaurants in the neighborhood. The decor is okay but the wait staff is very friendly. Price ranges from $6 to $10 for seafood plates. I tried the *Red Curry

This is a great little thai restaurant that's actually not so little. They've got great tom yum soup, which I always order, and nice coconut curry entrees as well. A must do, if you enjoy Thai cuisine.

Cheap $5-6 lunch special--the portion is big! Try the pan fried noodles or (my favorite) yellow curry with beef or tofu, ask for spicy. i've heard raves about the crab as well.
