We have visited here many many times, maybe twice our pizza had a problem (out of 50 or more visits) and they always fixed it for us. I think they are a well-managed store and it shows. The food is good and usually the staff is friendly. Once in a while on the weekends, the working kids can get a little preoccupied and spacey.. lol. The store can be really hot in the summers, but we get our to take out, so that's only a couple of minutes of sweating for a decent inexpensive pizza. It is California..
