BE WARNED!!! I went into the store Tuesday 9/20/2011 to purchase a Samsung Galaxy Tab. The process of purchasing the device was excellent, but expected considering I'm a new customer. I was unhappy with the service and the amount of data the device wastes and went in to return it today. I was not only lied to by the associate that was returning the device, I was turned away by the MANAGER and told I needed to contact customer service to cancel the account and than wait 24 hours to return the device to the store. Leery on following those directions, I called customer service and explained to them what the manager said and they informed me that was all a lie!!! I immediately returned to the store and demanding my cancellation and return processed immediately, to which the manager was very condescending and rude, but obliged. When I left he informed me I was going to be charged a restocking fee, some new policy... AGAIN, LIED TO!!! I contacted customer service and was told that restocking fees are only charged on returns, and to call the store back and speak to the manager. Needless to say at this point I had some very choice words which I normally wouldn't use, but I was beyond displeased at this point. I am still dealing with customer service, but if you really want Sprint service, go to another store where they won't lie to you or deceive you!!!!

I am sorry some folks had a bad experience at this Sprint Store, but I thought they were wonderful. On Saturday, I popped into this store to seek shelter during the rain and to look at some accessories I wanted. Gerardo approached me and offered to help right away.

He showed me all of the appropriate accessories and steered me toward the best ones for my phone. When he noticed I had only a few minutes l of battery left, he offered to charge it for me for a few minutes so I would not be stuck in the rain without any power.

While it charged, he and Maseo ran a diagonostic on my battery and found it was a flawed product. They replaced the defective battery without hesitation. While that battery charged for a few minutes, Maseo personally cut my new screen protector down to size so it would fit my phone.

The team at that store could not have been kinder, more knowledgeable or more efficient. I live clear across town, but told them I will strongly consider making a trip back to Pasadena the next time I need to go to a Sprint store. Thanks, Guys!

Some of the rudest people I've ever encountered at Sprint in the 11 years I've been with them. Never solved the problem we called ahead & made an appointment for. Condescending staff.

This store has dramatically improved their service over the last year! They've hired more people and they've started a reservation system where you can call in even 15 min before you're going to arrive and they will make a reservation for you! their reservation number is 626-644-1179. I've noticed that their more friendly and they try to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. They take the time to go over each phone with you and they'll even help you set up your email or bluetooth!! I've been a sprint customer since 2004 and I've never seen this store operating better than it is now! I always go straight to the pasadena sprint store because its the only full sales, service, and repair store in the San Gabriel Valley!

I wanted to purchase a new phone for my husband. I waited for over an hour amongst a throng of disgruntled angry people. It was insane but I almost think it's a stragedy. When they wouldn't give me the advertised old phone credit (because apparently my phone was TOO OLD) I didn't care anymore. I bought aphone in the sheer terror of entering the store again. Next time I'll use the internet rather then go into a store

PROS: they stayed open later then their hours
CONS: take a number because that's all you are
