Poway Ata Martial Arts

My son (5) loves doing Taekwondo here. The instructors are great with the kids: patient and fun. It's been a wonderful self esteem builder for my son in a fun and safe environment. Good exercise and practice following directions. Also, they do stranger danger and go over not to talk to/go with strangers and some techniques to get away if someone did try to grab them. That's a definite plus.

The Nguyen brothers are amazing. They are excellent with kids of all ages. They are patient and teach discipline and respect without yelling or making the kids feel bad. They teach self esteem and confidence. They get to know the student as well as the whole family and truly make you feel welcome. They are great teachers of both martial arts, self defense, and personal achievements. I would recommend this school to anyone looking to better themselves.
