I don't want to admit we are using an answering service, but we do and it's great! I won't tell you who we are but we are a major player in social marketing. Direct Line INC is just great! Before I had Direct Line I was just writing everything down in a book and I couldn't find anything! I really like how the messages comes over all organized with the caller ID and everything.
