The tip that I always give to the crew and staff whenever I am here is actually worth it. They are so breathtaking in here as well as their food. A good place for a business meeting.
5The food that they serve here is so fantastic. You will never go wrong from the menu to the staffs. I like the ambiance. Its very relaxing.
5One day, I tried to eat pizza at the Roma's Pizzeria. Wow, this is the time I told to my self that I really found the best pizza I'm looking for.
5I have been eating at Roma's since they opened. The best by far, nothing else even close.Excellent!! The atmospere is easy and homey. the pizza dough is made fresh every day, hand rolled and the toppiongs are never a disappointment, always fresh, flavorful and plenty of them. I personally am nuts over their all meat extra large. No matter how many people and kids we have at the house, there's always breakfast left over the next morning. their sauce is made fresh daily. their pasta dishes are also excellent. They are cooked to perfection, not overly done, just the right tenderness. I honestly eat there quite often and will continue to do so. I grew up with them and now I take friends, nieces and nephews there. My wife has become a frequent flyer (so to speak) of their establishment also. and won't consider any other pizza at all. the only drawback is the fact that they are not open on Mondays. So we don't have pizza on that day. I recomend this resturant to everyone I know and meet and no other place. It's the best in Sacramento.

Ive lived near romas pizzeria for over 15 years. my parents introduced it to me when i was about 7 or at least from the time i can remember.. im 22 now and still cant get enough of the combo or Hawaiian pizza.... no doubt about it being the best pizza place in Sacramento.. romas pezzeria II is just as good but much smaller seating.. if you plan to eat out with the family and cant decide kfc or Chinese than for 25 bucks or less you can feed a family of 4-5 and have a great family experience

I am a big time pizza fan. For me pizza is one of the basic food groups. And, as far as I'm concerned there is no better pizza in Sacramento than Roma's. I would recommend checking out Roma's if you are looking for extremely tasty, addicting pizza. If, you'd rather have so-so pizza then keep going to those ""name brand"" pizza places.

I literally grew up on NY pizza. I was born and raised on Long Island. I KNOW pizza. \r\nThis is a great little pizza place, almost good enough to make you forget you're in California.... But not quite.\r\nThe crust is a little too chewy and slightly thicker than traditional NY pizza. But it's good in it's own right and quite affordable. Their Jukebox has an eclectic mix of music sure to keep everyone happy.

Pros: Price, And Truly Made While You Wait Quality.
Cons: Neighborhood is a little dodgy.
Being a relative newcomer to Sacramento, I was looking for a good place to get ""real pizza."" When I arrived at Romas Pizzeria, I recalled a pizza place that a friend introduced me to on Long Island in NY. The same sights and smells greet you at the door. Having called in the order, the pizza was ready so I didn't get the opportunity to stay very long. While driving home, the smell was so good that I had to try a slice. This is some goooooood pizza. By the time I got home, I was full, a slice of this pizza is like the old Lays commercial...""you can't eat just one"".

Pros: Pizza, Service, Price
I've been spoiled on pizza from Philadelphia, New York, and southern California, but I have to agree with the others that Roma's is one of the better pizzerias in northern California. What I really love about Roma's is the affordability. The only other pizza place I like in this area is Round Table PIzza, but its prices are ridiculous. Roma's is a bit out of the way for me, but worth the trip.

If you want funky gourmet pizza with pesto sauce and eggplant, dont go here. If you want a hardcore, traditional italian pizza with fresh meat, marinara sauce, and cheese, this is the place for you. We traditionally get olives, mushroom and sausage pizzas. It is far from fancy, but DELICIOUS. Now, my fiance has become a pizza snob. She used to tolerate round table, but now whe cant stand it because of this place, so be careful. Dont take my word for it, give it a try.

Pros: Pizza
Cons: nothing
Their prices are similar to pizza chains, but Romas Pizzaria blows away other pizza restaurants in all aspects. Their pizza says homemade all over it. Generous servings of toppings and a delicious crunchy crust makes this place my favorite. My family usually orders a combination/specialty pizza. The service is fair. You have the option of dining in or ordering to go. They also have calzones and other pastas, but their specialty is great pizza.
PROS: Generous amounts, Homemade
CONS: none

My family been going to romas since before I was born, which was more than 21 years ago. Every fridays or sundays they go to romas to dine in with 3-5 other families or friends. Now I'm the second generation, I been taking my friends and my family around my age to romas for a great pizza. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO GO THERE AND I BET YOU WILL GET HOOK ON TO IT.

Pros: Pizza, Sandwhichs, Soups
Cons: Parking
the best pizza in sac is romas - ask the locals, everyone agrees. reasonably priced, great pizza, old fashioned ambience - this will beat any of your upscale foo foo pizzas any day!
PROS: pizza
CONS: nothing
Very consistant quality, it's always excellent. The crust is crunchy, yet chewy. The dinners are also very good, as is the house salad. It might cost a bit more then the chains, but when you see and taste what your getting, you won't care.

Since moving here from New York 18 years ago When we found Roma's we were hooked. Their Pizza is as close as you can get to NY style Pizza !\nWe have recommended Roma's to all our friend and also take them there when friends and family visit from home. It's the best for the value of today's dollar.

This is a Family owned and run Pizza Place, the same family for the last 25 years in the same location. We went there on a Friday night and the Restaurant was packed. Tons of kids, the food was GREAT, the service friendly, and fast especially for a packed house!!! Only negitive was to many onions on the pizza :)

The pizza is what counts and Roma's pizza is the best. The sauce, the toppings, the crust... mmmmm. And oh so friendly folks. Everytime I call, I long for those magical words... ""20 minutes""\n\n

I drive 15 miles from my lhome to go to Romas Pizzeria. Best pizza I've ever tasted. Thick, french bread style crust, nicely spiced sauce and loads of toppings. I'll never eat pizza at a chain again.

I have been going to Roma's for over 15 years. They have the best Manicotti and Rigatoni that I have ever had. If you like Buca then you MUST try Roma's!! Well worth it to go to the one on Franklin. There are others but none as good as this one!! Their pizza is also to die for!

I found this place by accident one day now I'm hooked. Nothing light here home made Italian sausage, meatballs and pastas. Try the baked tortellini, plenty of tender pasta in a sweet tomatoe basil sauce covered with mozzerella cheese and baked in there pizza oven. Ouch it comes out hot bubbley and delicious. Try it with the Italian sausage baked in it. The pizzas are piled high with fresh ingredients. I swear 1 piece must wiegh about a pound. My favorite is the all meat, its enough to stop your heart on the spot.
